Auto lead reassignment

Hello Community,

I'm currently experiencing an issue with a flow step, Sync Lead to SFDC: Use Auto-Assignment Rules. The leads are currently owned in SFDC by a queue and tested my lead record. However, I'm not rerouting based a smart campaign that should route me. I believe once my lead score reaches or surpasses a point threshold and my lead status is Open for example, I should be rerouted. Could this be an issue solely on SFDC since MKTO will only follow what the lead assignment rules are in SFDC?
