Hey everyone - I have a form setup question.
Our contacts are often not consistent with the way they list the company name, which in turn causes a number of duplicate entries on our end. (For example, City of New York can be typed in as New York City, NYC, New York, City of NY, etc.). I'm looking to update our forms in a way that will:
I know that it is possible, as Marketo uses that functionality on their ToutApp's contact form, but I can't seem to figure out how to add it to our account.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I believe Reachforce and RingLead offer solutions for this.
Off the top of my head, doesn't look like there is a way to do this out-of-the-box with Marketo.
