Anyone having an issue with RTP Banners not loading properly?

Hello Everyone,

We've been running into an odd issue with our recent RTP banners.  When they appear on our website they only load the top 10%-20% of this image.  We're using standard png files for the banner images.  We logged a ticket with support but they weren't able to duplicate the error on their end.  Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hey Cameron, when you say "banners" are you referring to Content Recommendation bars or one of the other RTP things? I haven't had this specific issue, but we also have several issues with RTP that they are not able to duplicate... Very frustrating!

Any chance you have access to a tool that will record experiences of users to your website? I know VWO has this, and we've used it to see if RTP issues are happening just on our IP or also for others.
