Analytics Reporting tracking open leads, MQLs, SALs and Opps

We have RCE as well to use for reporting, has anyone run a report for the below and if so how?

What is the level of effort to pull a report/view of the balance of open

Leads

MQLs

SALs

Opps

That have been created in 2018?  Would be even better to see what that balance looks like month by month throughout the year.

Hi Megan,

I am happy to report this can be done with very little effort!

There are a few options detailed below:

  1. People Performance Report grouped by 'Person Status' and filter 'Person Created At' by 'This Year'
  2. If you have a Revenue Cycle Model: People Performance Report grouped by 'Revenue Cycle Stage' and filter 'Person Created At' by 'This Year'
  3. If you have a Revenue Cycle Model: Revenue Explorer > Create New Report > Model Performance Analysis (Leads) > Layout as follows:
    Rows: Stage
    Columns: Month (filter by selected range of previous X-months)
    Measures: Beginning Balance and Ending Balance
  4. If you have a Revenue Cycle Model: Revenue Explorer > Create New Report > Model Performance Analysis (Leads) > Layout as follows:
    Rows: Month (filter by selected range of previous X-months)
    Columns: Stage
    Measures: In Flow and OutFlow

Perfect thank you! I ran the report for option 4. So my next question is within this report, what is the best way to determine marketing sourced versus marketing influenced?
