Bummer that this is still not supported in Marketo!
What are your workarounds for this? Do you add up the lead scores of all the Contacts associated it to the Account in SFDC and call it the Account/Company score? Any feedback would be great!

This is obviously not native to Marketo, but we currently use Lattice Engines for account scoring with good results. YMMV.
