We have issues with our report subscriptions, some of them don't work and we don't receive them. The Marketo support inform us that we have more than 800 subscriptions in our Marketo instance right now and the most Marketo can handle is 500. So we need to clean-up and bring down our subscription count.
Could you please check all active subscriptions in your workspace and inactivate those you don't need anymore?
To see all subscriptions for your workspace: go in Analytics > click on 'Subscriptions' tab on the right side.
Then you can uncheck the 'Active' checkbox to inactivate the subcription.

Hi Chloé, now I know why I had troubles getting my reports! I cleaned everything that is not 100% necessary. Thanks, Ulli
