As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you would be expected to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation programs on behalf of our clients. You would be responsible for the development of marketing automation strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization. You have to be proficient in Marketo or similar marketing automation software and have strong experience with B2B marketing in the technology space.
Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of a marketing automation platform. With hands-on experience in Marketo and/or Pardot, you will craft, implement, and optimize clients’ marketing automation instances. Along with exceptional CSAT capabilities, you must also have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
JD & Skills Requirement:
- Exposure to Marketo automation tool (Preferably Marketo, Eloqua) or any leading email SaaS platform.
- Proficiency in conceptualization, templatization, execution and performance reporting of marketing campaigns
- Should have hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs, social media
- Should have experience in database management and segmentation. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL will be an add-on
- Proficiency in CRM integrations, such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing with a visible passion for the online space.
- Knowledge of web analytics.
