Responsibilities include developing content strategy that embraces the voice and feel of KEVIN.MURPHY.

Essential Functions:

• Develop Marketo programs and campaign for B2B and B2C

• Maintain content calendar across channels 

• Identify most avid followers and brand supporters developing strong relationships with “devotees”

• Manage time worked on shared documents, creation of art files and posts working in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word programs, text Edit and Google Docs

• In conjunction with the Kevin.Murphy team, build social market position by locating, developing, defining and isolating potential contributors to the brand and content

• Manage and maintain a high-level of customer service on all social media channels

• Improve on organization’s digital presence on a multitude of channels to drive growth and engagement

• Works with the internal team and other managers to increase digital opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization

• Attends brand specific meetings to provide input, opportunities, and competitor info to the organization to provide informed suggestions and decision-making

• Manage blog efforts, edit blog submissions, format and upload blog posts that have been approved for publishing

• Manage daily uploads to (but not limited to) Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram

• Make recommendations on additional digital channels to engage in, track effectiveness of posts, log analytics and analyze for success rate

• Ability to adapt to an Australian brand culture and voice

• Isolate and partner with key influencers and bloggers

• Assist with website updates

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required;; relevant work experience will be considered

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

• A blend of traditional and non-ˇtradition marketing/social experience including some knowledge of Growth-ˇHacking, News jacking and new marketing mediums

• High-level ability to assimilate written and verbal information, interpretation of technical data/information, and technical knowledge

• Ability to compose and analyze reports on social media and website analytics, to create plans and make recommendations based on findings, and to effectively person information and respond t0 questions from managers, brand partners, the community, and site users

• Deep understanding of social media culture, SEO and hashtags

• Must have an ability to connect with key influencers and build followers on a multitude of sites embodying different key audiences

• Understanding of marketing email technology and marketing automation and audience segmentation

• Basic understanding of using data to drive marketing insights

• Knowledge, understanding, and interest in the fashion and/or beauty industry

• Must be comfortable working on a Mac with proficient knowledge in Google Docs, Excel, Word, Photoshop and Illustrator (minor graphic design required)

• Ability to post outside of office on a personal mobile device is required

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Live in Orange County preferred, other locations nearby will be considered
