10/17/17 – New Job Opening: Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities Include:

Campaign Execution

  • Works closely with the CRM (Salesforce), automation tools (Marketo) and creative assets to develop Demand Generation Programs and execution points
  • Creates automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle digital marketing programs
  • Composes email copy for all email campaigns
  • Serves as project manager to establish key metrics, and drive campaign execution
  • Pulls campaign lists (inside the CRM/MAP/or via the Synthio app) and performs quality assurance checks against the data
  • Makes recommendations around possible customer segments to target
  • Establishes performance metrics across campaigns
  • Delivers campaign reports, dashboard, and other reports on a strict weekly basis
  • Executes campaign testing to determine best plan of action; including A/B testing and multivariate testing
  • Takes ownership of ALL lead management – inbound/outbound/events/etc
  • Builds out all lead nurture workflows and works closely with Content Manager to gather all necessary creative assets
  • Works very closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure alignment across all campaign initiatives
  • Provides calling/email lists to sales/bdrs to align with marketing initiatives
  • Plans and executes webinar strategy and implementation
  • Works with Sr. Digital Marketing Coordinator to run PPC campaigns; monitors them daily, and makes recommendations on adjustments (copy, graphics, landing pages, etc) Must have experience with Google Adwords.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Delivers reports from CRM and marketing automation systems on a strict weekly basis
  • Gathers data from a variety of sources within the company to enhance campaign reports
  • Assists team members with complex analytical and ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Communicates campaign results and analytical findings effectively to Director of Marketing, sales, upper management, customer success and product teams.

Targeting

  • Translates campaign and business goals into actionable customer targeting and segmentation strategies to drive campaign performance
  • Develops a deep understanding of segmentation based on personas and the buyer journey
  • Conducts data segmentation within marketing automation platform(Marketo) to create targeted workflows for each email campaign deployment.
  • Develops a database growth strategy using Synthio app.

Collaboration

  • Collaborates with internal and external team members to scope and build campaigns
  • Partner with marketing team to optimize template design and content
  • Builds relationships quickly with team members, working effectively across departments; develop cross-channel communication strategy
  • Delivers requests on a timely basis against agreed upon delivery dates
  • Communicates project status regularly, in an organized and timely manner, to stakeholders across the organization
  • Recommends and implements email best practices across the organization
  • Assists in campaign meetings including kick-off, project status, and campaign close-out meetings

Project Planning

  • Identifies and documents campaign requirements
  • Creates project plans, building out project timelines for each campaign and communicating it to sales
  • Identifies assets and resources needed for each campaign
  • Implements effective quality assurance processes to minimize mistakes and errors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on e-mail, on-line or marketing automation experience, with a focus on marketing operations and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying email marketing campaigns using Marketo Marketing Automation Platform
  • Demonstrated experience in maneuvering through a CRM system (Salesforce.com experience REQUIRED).
  • Power user of Excel for in depth reporting REQUIRED
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and error free. Good collaboration skills.
  • High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a changing environment
  • Experience in technology industry of B2B industry strongly preferred

Competencies/Skills:

  • Ability to develop and execute demand gen programs for US and INTL markets
  • Manage Day-to-day vendor management to ensure program success
  • Build and execute programs in Marketo (Marketo Certified)
  • Design, deliver reports and build dashboards for key metrics
  • Manage and maintain campaign data in Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Lead webinar strategy and planning
  • build effective nurturing programs and drip campaigns, ensuring new leads are being moved through the pipeline in a timely manner
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and communicate results through reports and dashboards
  • Create nurture flows based on lead lifecycle and lead demand generation activities
  • Build and track campaigns and programs within Marketo marketing automation tool
  • Analyze program effectiveness with thorough results and measurement for all activities; track campaign metrics via multiple online tools (Marketo and SFDC)
  • Create messaging and content that resonates with particular segments (Vertical/Segment)

Candidates Must Additionally Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and error free
