exporting a few duplicate records only

Ability to export only the items that you selected from the duplicates system smart list, rather than the whole duplicate list.  Or within that duplicate system smart list, if you do a search for a specific email address, have the ability to just export those 2 names, rather than the whole list.

I'm curious, why is this something you want? I can guess at reasons, but would love to know more.

Hi Erik,

Because there's a few duplicate records that I can't dedupe in Marketo and it can only be done in SFDC and I have to isolate those duplicates and export it and have our SFDC person dedupe on her end.  The problem is, when I export those few dulicate records like 4 or 6, it includes all of the purposeful duplicates and I have to clean it up in excel.  It'd rbe more efficient if I can just select the items I want to export.

I see. One idea, not sure if it'd be easier or not, would be to add them to a static list with a single flow action and export that. Not sure if that'll get the time savings you're looking for though.

That works, but then I have to create a static list, and then delete that list.  😞

Rats, I suppose that is true. Or use a Single Flow Action to remove them all from the list after the export. Still annoying I suppose.

Now that I think of it, I probably don't need to delete the static list since I export a few duplicates every week. I'll just do what you suggested and add and remove from that list after export.
