Webinar Tokens - They should be inherited from the parent Event Program

Background - How Webinar Tokens Work
When we create an event and link it to a webinar partner (Webex, GTM, On24), we instantly have the awesome ability to distribute unique URLs and/or registration codes using either of the following tokens:
  • {{member.webinar url}} -- providing the unique login link
  • {{member.registration code}} -- providing the unique registration code
We can then distribute these inside of confirmation and reminder emails that match our particular branding.

The Issue and Idea - Webinar tokens should to be inhereted just like custom "my tokens"
The issue is that these can currently only be delivered if email resides directly within the event itself and pushed out via batch campaigns. When an email program is created as a child program of a webinar event progam, though all the custom tokens are passed through from the parent, the webinar tokens are not. The resulting hyperlinks simply take the members nowhere.

I liked the idea of using an email program to make sure the my reminder email was opened and resending that email if that email went un opened.

What I discovered is that while I was able to track my reminder stats, none of my members actually received their unique links.

Anyone else think this would be helpful?
