As a company grows, you undoubtedly have more api only users being created. As these users start to access the API reading/writing/updating Marketo - this will have an impact on performance. As an Admin, currently we can only view a daily total of API calls made by each api user. What would be a great improvement would be to provide a report into an up to the minute view on how the API is being used.
This would allow Admins to view which API users are potentially doing low-value updates during a very impacted time of day - thus affecting scheduled/triggered campaigns.
It would also give more insight as to what vendors/add-ons' integrations may be affecting normal Marketo performance. Anything that makes the ship sail faster!
