A couple ideas to help navigate folders easily is to add a column view option so when clicking on one folder you get the contents of that folder in its own view, like the option on Mac OS computer.
Another way to make navigation easier would be to be able to click on local assets when searching for them in Flow steps. For example, being able to click on an email or drag and drop the email into the "send email" flow step instead of typing and searching.
