Unless I'm missing something, the only way to create a SalesForce task depending on an account owner (for example) is to add TONS of choices and go by their name, SalesForce ID, etc. (Example: If Account Owner ID is 005C00000CYY Owner is Person XYZ)
It would be better if you could put a token in there and only have one choice in the flow. (If Account Owner is {{Account_Owner.id}} Owner is {{Account_Owner.name}}
