Separate approval process for language based dynamic content

we use Cloudwords for our translations, which has an integration to Marketo, and automatically populates Marketo dynamic content sections with local language content. This is a fabulous tool - but there is no way to tell within Marketo which languages have been approved (or even if there is other language content present, without actively selecting the segment and scrolling through the languages). This can (and sadly, has) resulted in emails being sent where there is unapproved translated content - with serious consequences when the translations are bad.

My idea is that Marketo add an alert when there is any content other than default content in an email. And that each language segment require an approval (which hopefully can be automated through the translation agency integration, when the content is approved in within that translation system).
