Sales Insight Account Roll-Up

We recently learned that only 60 days worth of activity from a contact's Sales Insight rolls up to the account Sales Insight. Though this timeframe may be suitable for others, it is not for us. We would like to edit this time table so we see at least 90-120 days worth of Sales Insight activity. 60 days can be a default value, but we should be able to customize this to fit our business and industry.

Agreed and voted, despite not being a specific need for myself. MSI really needs some customization options, it's hard to get sales teams to adopt the tool when it can't be tweaked to specific business needs like this.

I had not realized that there was a limit on the amount of activity displayed and checked one of our Accounts whose MSI email tab has the notation/link "Go to list (7,135)", which makes me think it is rolling up more than 60 days worth of emails; however, when I click the link, the list only displays twice as many records (20), but there is a Next Page link.  Unfortunately, after clicking it 5 times, the sixth list page is blank, so effectively you can't even see 60 days worth of emails with some Accounts :0(

This may be a bug and I will report it to Marketo tech support.

We learned about the 60 day time limit after going through the support team. Our sales team reported items not rolling up and we approached support to figure out why. They told us this was the reason and that it could not be customized.

Agreed. I submitted this as a bug a few times and someone finally told me this was the expected behavior. 60 days is not long enough.
