Remove the Email sent and Email delivered activities from the Salesforce sync options

I think we should remove the "Email sent" and "Email delivered" options from the Salesforce activity sync (Admin > Salesforce > Sync Options). For many customers, enabling these can cause problems.

Unless you have a fairly small sending volume, it will use *a lot* of API calls. Additionally, it can slow down the sync significantly by creating a backlog for the sync of the Task object. On top of that, the mass of activities will use a lot of storage space in SFDC, and could cause them to reach their storage limit. All of this for an activity which doesn't tell you anything about a lead's engagement.

I think we should either remove these activities from Sync Options entirely, or include a warning about the potential for sync delays and API call usage.

Hi Grant-
I would support the removal of email sent but email delivered can provide some decent feedback in keeping tabs on the quality of the database since sales often sources its own set of leads and guesses what their email address is based on others that they know are valid at an org.

Just my two cents. 🙂

We accidentally synced all 'Email sent' for a couple of weeks and the Activity History in SFDC is pretty cluttered now.
We've turned it off, but if anybody knows how to unsync/delete these from SFDC I'd love to hear.
