Currently permissions can only be applied to users to "Approve Emails". I would like to have a way to allow or disallow users from sending operational emails without taking away their email approving abilities entirely. It would be nice if permissions would get more granualar and have options for "Approve Operational Emails" and "Approve Marketing Emails" in order to achieve this.
