We have a 1/day and 3/week Email Communications limit. However, I've noticed that many of the users that reach the 3/week limit have reached that limit due to operational emails. For example, they are new to our system, and they register for an email. They opt in for 3 of our newsletters, and get 3 confirmation emails (+3), plus the automatic confirmation email for the webinar (+4). Now they're suspended from any emails for the next 7 days.
Especially as a new lead, if we're sending out a product announcement, or something else, just because they're a new lead and received 3+ operational 'confirmation' emails shouldn't prevent them from receiving their first Marketing Communications.
There should be an option to allow Operational Emails to not count toward Email Communication limits.
