It would be great to tell if an email is operational or not by just looking at the icon, rather than clicking into each one and checking in the summary tab.
Not only for Operational emails, but also for emails that contain segmentation (for customized content). I can't tell you how many times our team didn't didn't realize the email contained segmented content and it went out with the wrong content for specific leads.
