Multiple Choice Survey with Important Levels 1-5

It would be phenomenal to have an option to create a survey in the style of a Question such as "How important is marketing operations to you?" and have as many answers as possible with 5 radio buttons next to each to show importance level...not important, somewhat important, very important, etc.

Hi Sarah- We have a number of integrated partner solutions that offer survey functionality.  Have you seen the integrated SurveyMonkey solution on LaunchPoint?  The responses of the SurveyMonkey survey are submitted back into Marketo so you can create smart lists based on specific answers given within a survey.
