Manual IM type should show up in Sales Insight

When you manually enter an IM Type (such as ‘Event’), it will appear in the Activity Log; however, it does not appear in the Sales Insight window.  I really think it should be visible in both places.  Since there are currently only three IM types to choose from, we find ourselves needing to manually create types every now and then, and we would like for our sales team to be able to see them.
