Leads

Could anyone tell me why my single blasts, only go out to about half the email addresses I add? Also, I have another single blast campaign with about 10 leads and that one won't even go off at all...I've set it to go off the past 2 mornings and it still hasn't gone yet?

Hi Jaime, without knowing more about the specific email setup, a couple of things I can think of would be if people have already reached the daily/weekly communication limits, or if there's something erroring out in your smart list or flow. Can you better describe any errors that you're seeing, or maybe just the setup of your email?

I've also set up other single blasts, the same exact way, and they've all gone off on schedule.

Silly question, but are the 9 email addresses listed in filter #2 also in filter #1's segment? Anytime I see "calculate" in the audience panel, it makes me wary.

They're only in filter #2, filter #1 is just the segment. Your right though, Audience listed as "Calculate" is probably exactly why it won't go...but I'm not sure why it says that...
Sorry if my previous question was unclear... are the email addresses that you listed members of the segment?

Oh sorry, they actually weren't at first but they've been added this past week so they are now...
Hmm. Can you look in any of those 9 contact's activity logs and see if there's a reason why the email send didn't occur? If they should have received it from that campaign, but couldn't for some reason, it should have a line item in the activity log.

Idea 1:
Have you taken a look at your Marketo Campaign Que. This happened to me once, and there was a loop built into the Marketo system that kept the Marketo Que too busy to process any new campaigns.

How do I get to the Marketo Campaign Que?
If you click on Marketing Activities, it's one of the tabs along the top: "Campaign Queue"
