Expose support tools to Super Admins

Expose support tools to Super Admins

On more than one occassion I've had the support team resort to their backend tool to get an answer. I'd love to expose those tools to Super Admins so we can self service and help our teams without going through the support queues.

Totally fine to say only with training, but if they exist, let us use them. I'd love to have the detail and help hold my team accountable.

Would love this as well.  Having worked in an agency role that provided Marketo implementation / management services to multiple clients, this is the type of need we had often--our staff was technical enough to understand the detailed root causes of issues and then communicate that back out--but in order to get that information, it'd take a 20 minute phone call.  Having a trained user be able to self-serve that level of detail in 5 minutes or less would be invaluable.
