Easier mechanism to add / remove Columns

Would love to see an improvement to the UI when it comes to adding or removing columns to the List & Smart List view.

It would be helpful if the fields in "Edit Default" were grouped as they are in Field Management (Company Info, Lead Info, Opportunity Info, SFDC Custom Fields, SFDC Lead Fields)

It would also be nice if it were more obvious for users how to get to the interface to add / remove columns.
