Date Created Field for Support Tickets

I would like to see a column added to the tickets created for when the ticket was orginally created. It would also be nice to see the date it was closed, but adding the creation date would help identify past tickets.

Great idea.  We'll see if we can add as a column to the list.  The real estate is limited and it's already a tad cramped, but we'll see what we can do.
