Capability for Marketo Calendar to Sync With Salesforce.com Campaigns

Since Marketo markets the calendar as, "The only calendar you will need", it would be nice if it would sync with Campaigns in Salesforce (and other capable CRM's) so that we can see all Marketo activities as well as events and tradeshows as well.

Hey Brittanie,
Currently, you can add your own custom events to the Calendar. You could even make a "SFDC Campaign" entry type in Admin ---> Tags.

However, I do agree that an option to automatically add SFDC campaigns to the calendar would be very conveinent.

How do you add them manually? I recently told we are unable to do that.

Hi Brittanie,

Currently this can't be done at the level of the global calendar, it needs to be done from within a program.  If you go to a program in Marketing Activities, and select the schedule view, you can add your custom entries to that program and they will be viewable in the global calendar.

I do believe you will be able to create entries directly in the Marketing Calendar with the October Release of Marketo, coming out next weekend.
