Campaign Inspector...but for Forms

Campaign Inspector...but for Forms

It would be great to have a way to find all forms that are currently used and active in Marketo like the way Campaign Inspector find Smart Campaigns in Marketo.

Hi Sydney,

If you go into Design Studio and click on Forms, you should be able to see a list of forms and on how many landing pages the asset is used by.  You can click on the form from here and it will bring you to it (in Marketing Activities or within Design Studio) and you can click on the "Used By" tab to see which pages (and smart campaigns) are using the form.   Not as great/powerful as campaign inspector, but can help you identify what forms are used or not used in your instance.

Hi Valerie,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, it would suffice if all the forms were in the Design Studio. If they are in both the Design Studio and Marketing Activities, it would really help if there was such a tool similar to Campaign Inspector.

Hmm, that's strange to me.  In my list, I'm able to see all forms, regardless of whether they were created/live in design studio or marketing activites. I'm not able to tell right from the list where they live, but once I click on them I am brought to where they are (either design studio or marketing activities).

Val's suggestion should show forms whether they are in Marketing Activities or Design Studio.  Like Val said, not as powerful as something like campaing inspector, but you can at least see how many forms exist throughout the entire system and how many pages use each form.

It's a little confusing, but the list on that page just looks for all assets of the form "type", not just sub-elements from it in the tree. So, good advice. It's a bit slow right now, but we're working on speeding it up. Good to know it gets some use!

I really like this idea, and would be great for all assets. Another feature that would be nice for this is the Marketo Form ID on the 'inspector' - the four digit code that identifies the form itself.
