Blind Form Submit on URL Click

Blind Form Submit on URL Click

Hi Everyone--I want to have a form hosted on a Marketo landing page.  If someone clicks the link to go to that page, and they have never filled out the form before, then they should be shown the form.  If someone has already filled out the form, then they should be sent directly to the content without having to go to the landing page.  Essentially the URL that a person is routed to  would be different based upon a prior form fill.  Is there a way to do this in Forms 2.0?

Thanks!

Hey Andrew,

You can do something similar to this (though not quite), by leveraging the new custom html feature for known leads.

In settings select Custom HTML for the option "If Known Visitor, Show:"

Click the pencil icon to the right of the Custom HTML option to open the richtext editor in which you can add custom HTML to show the user instead of your form if they have previously filled your form out.

The custom code you put here will take the place of the form on the page if the user has visited the page prior.

Though it isn't a direct link to the content, you can essentially replace the form with a CTA button (e.g. "Download") that links to your content and enables the user to access without filling out the form again.

Thanks,

Jason
