Similar to placing a form field in a Field Set or moving a field next to another, it would be nice to have the "drag-n-drop" feeling for each label and each field. For example - a form could have all of the labels to the left, but for one section you could put the labels to "above". And if there was a long list of checkboxes, these could be arranged in multiple columns if necessary so the page does not scroll forever, etc.
You can only do so much with CSS and when you are embedding forms in a themed website, the ability to change styles and scripts often is a nuisance for the development team.
