Additional Customization of the Sales Insight App

It would be great to be able to include "OR" logic in this app, as well as the ability to add columns for the views there.

Amen to the column customization idea! I'd like to know more about what you mean by including "Or" logic. Would this be used in conditionally displaying certain leads for a saleperson? or something else?

Also, there's a great idea on the ideas already with some much-needed MSI enhancements, but this is a great one to add to the list. If you'd like to weigh in there, you can find it here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoIdeaDetail?id=08750000000HBDAAA4. I'd love Marketo to have an entire release dedicated to MSI enhancements. It's long overdue for a refresh.

I agree Jeff - I think with the power of Marketo, there is much that can be done with the SI piece. I just know SF is a pain to get around when trying to get apps to fit into their box - we have another app called Job Science and SF really limits what we can do with that too, so I know its not all Marketo.

I would like to be able to add Lead Score as one of the columns and also be able to sort by columns in this view as well.

In regards to the OR logic, I would like to have views for the sales people to display Best Bets by their territory. Currently, it just shows all Best Bets without the ability to sort or show a specific region since we don't have a SF field that indicates territory. I would like to see all leads that have a Lead Score >10 that are in a five state territory, but it wont read lead logic that states:

Lead Score = Greater than or = to 10 AND
Mailing State/Province = FL,GA,SC,AL,MS (Because we really need it to say Mailing State = Florida OR South Carolina, OR Georgia, etc)

The only proposed solution is to create a field on the back end in SF that autopopulates based on what is filled in on the Mailing State/Province field - for example have a Territory field that autopopulates to "Southeast" when Georgia is filled in the Mailing State/Province field. That way the logic could read:

Lead Score = Greater than or = to 10 AND
Territory = Southeast

Ah I understand now. Yeah that's definitely a missing piece.
