In Salesforce.com you have the ability to set the Default Value of a Field on the creation of a record. This feature is missing from Marketo Field Management. This feature enhancement would be invaluable and would make the management of fields much easier instead of having to rely on Users to be sure to set an initial values via trigger campaigns or other sources where leads are created.
