Ability to lock campaign folders

It would be nice if Marketo administrators can lock campaign folders.  Better yet, it would be nice if Marketo administrators can designate which folders or programs, none administrators can access.

Love this idea. System campaigns and programs and template assets come to mind as great use cases for this feature.
