Ability to filter by Owner when creating a New View with Leads in Marketo Sales Insight Best Bets

When trying to build a custom view for Best Bets within Sales Insight, the Owner field is not an option for the Lead Object but it’s there for Contacts. It would be a great feature enhancement to include this field for the Leads Oject custom view in the Best Bets.

We would really need this feature! Therefore, I strongly support the idea of adding the Owner selection with custom views of Leads in SFDC's Marketo Sales Insight!

In Support, we continue to get cases where customer's are confused by this. I hope we can implement a change soon!

Agree. I want our sales team to use the Marketo tab in Salesforce, but because we can't filter by lead owner, they really don't find it as useful. Also it would be helpful to make the Views public instead of private. I want to roll out a set of views for the sales team to use, but have to give them step by step instructions on how to do it. Would be easier if I could create the views and they would automatically appear for the reps.

It's so surprising that you can't filter based on lead owner. I imagine the way Marketo is now works well for small teams with 1-5 sales reps. But we have a sales team, a sales support team, and an account management team - about 20 people in total, plus their managers. The managers should be able to create views where they can filter for the reps in their teams and see their leads, without being distracted by all leads in salesforce that belong to others.

Also our sales reps work in pairs. They need to be able to create a view in Marketo Sales Insight Best Bets for each other. They can see all leads that belong to them in Best Bets by default. But they really need to be able to create a view and see all the leads that belong to another rep in the team. As I said, for teams of 1-5 reps they probably don't need to do that. But when you have over a dozen reps working in small groups, filtering based on owner is critical.
