Ability to delete a lead from the "Members" screen of a Program or the individual Lead View

Just a usability issue I seem to run into and it feels like the option would be obvious to have.

Example - I'm running a Roadshow program and happen to (unknowingly) have the same person in the invitation sequence with two difference email address. Let's say they register with one account, but end up still receiving the invitation sequence to the other....they inevitalby write in and say "I'm already registered".

I do a quick search inside the program members and see the problem. I'd like to be able to just delete that alternate lead record right then and there, or be able to click on that lead record and be able to do it from the individual lead view.

Instead, I have to copy the email address, click into the lead database, find the lead, then run the deletion process.

It's not like it's hard to do it that way, but having to add all the extra clicks and screen loads just to clean up the database and get rid of that duplicate lead record is tedious &  steps that could be easily avoided by adding the option to a right click on the lead record inside the program members view, or at least on the individual lead view.

Perhaps I'm overlooking the obvious, or there is a good reason it is the way it is, but wanted to throw it out there.

Thanks,

David

What we hope to do is allow you to run single flow actions on the members grid in a program.

For sure, the ability to perform any and all Lead Actions from the Members tab would be a time-saver. Hope to see this someday.

I too have always found it strange why one-off actions like delete, change data, etc weren't in the members tab. Great idea.

David Cutter, use an underscore between the first and last name when you @mention someone and they will get a notification in their Community Inbox.  So it would look like @Cheryl_Chavez, but I did not select her name from the pop-up and that is why it doesn't have the hyperlink and she won't get the notification.
