A - Z Sorting for All Fields

There should be a way to sort all leads in any column. It's useful to be able to do A - Z or Z - A Sorting for All Fields and columns. Thank you.

While I do understand there may be added complexity behind the scenes, at a minimum being able to sort date, integer and scoring fields should be doable right?

Please marketo can you do me a solid and take this request to heart!

PS: any chance #marketosupport or engineering can force the sorting ability on specific fields?
