Support Admin can check off own Authorized Contact!

Hi

When my new marketo customer wanted to change Authorized Contact member, he mistook an operation.

He check off own "IS AUTHORIZED" check-box.

After this, any authorized user can not access "Manage Authorized Contact".

His issue is resolved now but I think this UI is not useful.

Support Admin's "IS AUTHORIZED" check-box have to be disable change.

Hello Takehiro Masaki​.  I wanted to give you a quick update that our developers did add this "feature" into our CaseConnector.  Support Admins on the entitlement will not be able to un-check themselves as being authorized.

If your client has still not regained their support admin access, please email our team at supportfeedback@marketo.com and we can assist.  Simply provide us with the account name and who the support admin should be.
