I am reaching out because I need to know how to update the lead owner and account owner for our alert campaigns. The current lead/account owner no longer works here and we need to update the new lead owner and account owner. We would also like to know how we can CC someone on the alert emails as opposed to sending out a separate email. We want all the contacts that the alert are being sent to in one email.

Hey Ashley, the lead/account owner are usually updated in SFDC (or your synced CRM). You can update them via a smart campaign or flow step in Marketo, but generally we like to do this via our assignment rules in SFDC. For part 2 of your question, it sounds like you're looking to get more of a 'report' of everyone who qualifies and not an alert for every person who met the criteria. You should look into removing the alert, and instead setting up a report to send. The only downside of this is that you won't have an immediate alert sent out as part of the flow steps for a program. If you actually are looking to cc someone on the alert email, you just put their email address into the "other emails" field of the send alert flow step.
You can update the lead/contact owner (using the change owner flow step) but not the account owner...
