Expert locator doesn't work fine

It's strange that MCEs are only 5 person in Tokyo.

I could find many MCEs at last week.

Takehiro Masaki​, I don't know why the Expert Locator only returned 5 members when you tried. I just checked and it is now showing 15 MCEs in Tokoyo. Perhaps there was a temporary bug in the system.

I tried again now by Chrome and IE11, unfortunately Expert Locator still return 5 MCE.

And I found strange fact.

When I set Location tourist spot 'Tokyo Tower', Expert Locator returns same 5 MCE.

Takehiro, unfortunately, I have been unable to replicate the error you're experiencing. I will need to have my development team take a look.
