Community inbox completely empty

Community inbox completely empty

Dear Community Managers,

FYI, my community inbox is completely empty. no unread items (although I have not connected much in the past few weeks, so I should have a lot) and even no read items.

Furthermore, I tried to bookmark a couple of my contents from another of my profile, but the inbox remains completely empty.

Can you please help ?

The inbox is now populating, apparently normally, but the whole history is gone.
