HELP - Not all emails were sent

Hey all:

I just sent a fairly small email- it had 78 members. I just pulled the report and it said 48/48 emails were sent successfully....I am really confused- why is it 48 and not 78? where are those 30 and how can I see which one's they are?? I checked and my smart list is member of list person in and then the list name. I also confirmed the calculation of 78 prior to the send. Any insight someone might have is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Please move this discussion to Products​ for a prompt response.

Perhaps 78 were sent and only 48 were delivered. If you create an email performance report it will show all those emails sent as well as pending and bounced.

Also if there were duplicate email addresses in this list, the email will only send to one of the same email addresses once in the same batch send.

Thank you. i did create an email performance report but it isn't showing any bounces, pending, etc. I know before I sent it it said 78 members. I am so confused:(
