I was reviewing old Email Programs we had launched, and came across something interesting.
This program says that it was approved at the current date and time (I've gone back hours/days later and it continues to update), where as the program was successfully launched on the scheduled date/time.
I viewed a number of other email programs in this category and found no other repeating issues:
Does anybody know what might be going on here? Thanks!
Hi Ian, that looks like it could be a bug. An email send program can't be approved if the scheduled time isn't at least 15 minutes in the future, so it's not like it could have somehow been unapproved and reapproved (which seems unlikely anyway if the approved time keeps updating to the current time). I'd recommend putting in a support ticket for the Marketo team to investigate. Hopefully it's an isolated incident, but best to let them check it out!
