Hi there,
I am setting up some alerts going out to our Inside Sales team based on SLAs that say things like ' this lead has no update for 5 days' 'this lead has no update for 10 days' 'This lead will be recycled'
For our last alert notification 'this lead will be recycled' we want to add a button or link that allows the inside sales rep to click saying something to the affect of 'I would like 2 more weeks to work on it' and it send a message back to us or it resets the time.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this or if it even can be done????
