I'm certain we're not the only ones to encounter this issue... When we were new to Marketo, we didn't really have a firm grasp on how we'd use program channels in reporting. We also had lots of uninformed hands making new programs, assigning them to the wrong channels, and a wide variety of other Marketo no-nos.
Suffice to say, data got dirty. Now that we're (marginally) more informed, we know what would've been a smarter approach... but our current task is to somehow sanitize our channels for clean reporting. Obviously, Marketo won't let you edit or delete a channel while a program that uses it has members, but I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to ninja the system? My initial search through the community archives didn't imply much success on this front, but I'm very open to having missed something!
