Report based on attribute?

Is there a way to run a report based on a lead attribute? There are about a million things we want to pull and learn more about but we just have the basic reporting options that came with our contract. We do have RCM, but that is about as far as we go - that being said, is there a way to pull the information below?
  • Pull a report on everyone from a specific company to see how they engage with us
  • Reports based on if they are marked as a partner

You can pull smart lists based on those criteria. The question is what else do you want to view and how?

You may find SFDC or RCE work better for what you want.

I want to see how different sets of our customer base interact. Segment A typically has an open rate, registration rate, etc. on these numers, where as Segment B has a different open rate and registration rate etc. 

Would creating specific tags for this help? I know you can add those in the reports, but you can't add a smart list.
