The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for owning the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and its integration with our CRM platform (Salesforce.com). Your main focus will be to use these systems to drive increased sales growth for Paycor. You will work with sales and marketing managers to develop email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, landing pages, activity tracking, lead routing, and revenue funnel reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, test, and execute email campaigns and landing pages that convert prospects into leads and accelerate them through the buying cycle
Contribute to Paycor’s overall strategy for demand generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are executed within committed timeframes
Design A/B campaign testing and optimize performance of marketing campaigns
Create and maintain a marketing dashboard of key performance indicators to reflect current marketing activity
Manage the integration of Marketo and Salesforce.com
Define, implement, maintain, and document marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B in a high tech field
Thorough understanding of B2B sales & marketing process
Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and possess excellent organization skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects
The highest level of integrity
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business
