Problem with data value changed?

Would like to send a task to SFDC when a person in a smart list (smart list consists of a number of uploaded lists) has a change to TV_Prioriity.  I also have a notification to the rep set.  Anyone spot anything I might have done wrong?

Do you want to do this in real time? ie when the TV_priortity changes & the person is in the named smart list Marketo should log a task in SFDC?

If so then you should replace filter 2 in your smart list with the trigger Data value changes.

If you need to do it retroactively going back and checking anyone in the list (filter 1) who has had their TV priority value set to Yes in the last 30 days then it looks set up correctly.

It triggers after I upload a list from a trade show that is added to the smart list referenced.  I think for that reason it doesn't matter if it's past or future as Marketo only has access to the info after I upload it.  (or am I missing something?)

I think the problem lies with the tokens in my task creation step.  I very little experience with tokens.
