Hired is looking for a smart go-getter with 2-5 years of email experience (particularly with Marketo) who wants to broaden his or her portfolio with various types of innovative campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll work closely with our Email Marketing Channel Manager to handle a wide range of programs and tasks, such as developing A/B tests, defining list segmentation, writing/editing copy, coding emails, QA testing, pulling response metrics to analyze the effectiveness of our campaigns, and coming up with new and innovative tactics.
