Is it possible to change colour and placement of unsubscribe link?

Hi, I would like to be able to customise the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of every email by amending the colour and placement to bring it inline with our company branding. Is this possible? 
We have explored building the unsubscribe link into our email templates but don't want to have to delete the unsubscribe from the admin altogether.

Technically it is possible and easy. It is important to keep in mind users have the ability to change the colour scheme at browser level. Enforcing a particular scheme may confuse them. In short, it is essentially an unsability concern.

Hi, thanks for the suggested post but I'm still not sure about how to change the unsubscribe link colour as there doesn't appear to be any colour code in the email admin unsubscribe HTML.
Do you have any further advice?
