Marketing Automation Manager

The Marketing Automation Manager will be a driver of revenue marketing at ObserveIT.  They will help define, built and scale our demand engine and improve the yield of our marketing programs. This high visibility role will be challenged with automating and optimizing many aspects of demand generation while helping to increase demand volume, quality, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

–        Strategy: Define marketing automation platform and integrate into demand generation engine.
–        Reporting and Analysis:  Strong focus on measuring, reporting and analyzing how demand generation, content and nurturing campaigns are contributing to pipeline and campaign ROI.
–        Campaigns: Work with product marketing to implement campaigns to drive demand generation.
–         Search: Execute our SEO and SEM strategy. 
–         Web: Build landing pages for content and SEM using persona marketing and SEO best practices.
–         Salesforce: Ensure closed loop integration between marketing automation and Salesforce to maximize marketing effectiveness, lead quality, and feedback from sales.
–         Events: Help plan, promote and execute events online and in the field.

Experience:

–         5+ years of marketing automation experience in a B2B tech company
–         Bachelor’s degree
–         Experience with implementing and operations of leading marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
–         Detailed understanding of marketing to sales pass off and funnel
–         Strong project management capabilities and proactive, results-oriented approach.
–         Demonstrated success in driving revenue through demand gen campaigns
–         Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.
–         Self-motivated; ability to work within a team and independently.
–         Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications, as well as time management skills.
–         Extremely strong with Microsoft Excel
–         Experience and understanding of segmentation, buyer personas and life cycles across various marketing channels.
